- Perform general administrative duties, including preparing, organizing, filing, and maintaining documents.
- Manage office supplies and inventory to support efficient daily operations.
- Welcome visitors and handle incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Provide accurate verbal interpretation for daily communication involving Japanese-speaking staff.
- Interpret during meetings, discussions, briefings, and other workplace activities.
- Support clear cross-cultural communication and help prevent misunderstandings among employees.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any major
- Language: Minimum JLPT N3 Japanese proficiency and communicative-level English proficiency
- Experience: Experience as a Japanese interpreter; experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- Driver Licence: SIM A or SIM C
