- Job Description:
- Handle full-set accounting activities, including daily transactions, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.
- Manage finance and accounting administration, including cash flow monitoring, payment processing, and financial reporting.
- Handle tax calculations, documentation, reconciliation, and reporting in accordance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations.
- Operate the company's internally developed accounting system to record transactions, process financial data, and generate reports.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices, payments, expenses, and financial documentation.
- Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting procedures and tax regulations.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues.
Kualifikasi
- Education : Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Language : English (min Communicative level), Japanese is a plus
- Experience :
- Min 1 year of experience handling Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) functions in a manufacturing company (Automotive manufacturing is preferred).
- Experience using both Microsoft Excel (including formulas for manual calculations) and an accounting software.
- Experience using Coretax.
- Driver Licence : Sim A/ Sim C
