Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise daily mold and die maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Implement departmental targets and action plans established by management.
- Identify and analyze mold and die issues, implement corrective actions, and conduct Kaizen activities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational and technical issues.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure mold and die performance and reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Language: Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 level.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, molds, or dies within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in leadership and team management.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Driver Licence: Not required.
