Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct quality inspections and quality control activities on the footwear production floor.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Coordinate with factories and relevant departments regarding quality-related matters.
- Identify quality issues, investigate their causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure quality issues are resolved.
- Prepare and maintain accurate quality inspection records and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum Senior High School qualification.
- Language: JLPT N3 or above, with strong Japanese speaking and reading skills for workplace communication.
- Experience: Experience in footwear quality control is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Driver Licence: SIM C is preferred for commuting by motorcycle.
