Manage production planning and control activities, including the preparation of new products.
Monitor production progress to ensure alignment with established plans and targets.
Manage delivery schedules and help ensure products are delivered on time.
Coordinate production and delivery matters with overseas sales teams and relevant internal departments.
Communicate with factories and follow up on production status, schedules, and operational issues.
Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and related documentation.

Education: Minimum Senior High School graduate.
Language: Working proficiency in English and Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 or above, with the ability to communicate in Japanese in a business setting and strong Japanese speaking and reading skills.
Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Driver Licence: SIM C is preferred for commuting by motorcycle.
