- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business-to-business customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close sales deals.
- Achieve sales targets and support overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and satisfaction is maintained.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer activity updates.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Language: Communicative-level English proficiency and Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N3.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of business-to-business sales experience in the automotive or electrical industry.
- Able to identify prospects and develop new clients.
