- Identify and develop new business opportunities through business-to-business sales and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver business presentations and lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
- Prepare business proposals, conduct market research, and analyze competitors to support business decisions.
- Manage partnership activities and monitor their performance to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and negotiate with local and international clients, including Japanese business partners.
- Support team members in planning and implementing business development initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Language: Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken; business-level Japanese proficiency, preferably JLPT N3 or above.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development, business-to-business sales, leasing, partnerships, or commercial roles.
- Experience in property, real estate, retail leasing, or other commercial businesses is highly preferred.
