- Identify and acquire potential long-term clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct daily sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales records in the sales account system.
- Monitor and follow up on payment processes to ensure timely transactions.
- Coordinate communication between customers and the operational team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Language: Japanese proficiency of at least JLPT N2.
- Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, including new client acquisition.
- Understanding of export and import operations.
