Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide accurate interpretation between Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Bahasa Indonesia during meetings and other business activities.
- Translate emails, reports, presentations, and other written documents between Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Facilitate clear communication among internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Research and understand technical terminology and relevant industry-specific vocabulary.
- Review translated materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and appropriate context.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Japanese Language, Chinese Language, or a related field.
- Language: Mandarin Chinese proficiency with HSK 4 certification and Japanese proficiency with JLPT N3 or JLPT N2 certification are mandatory; strong written and spoken Japanese and Mandarin Chinese skills; good English communication skills.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Japanese and Mandarin Chinese interpreter.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Driver Licence: A valid Indonesian Class A driving licence is preferred.
