- Provide clear direction to team members and develop their technical and professional capabilities.
- Establish annual departmental targets, action plans, and performance indicators.
- Monitor and control daily maintenance operations to ensure targets are achieved.
- Analyze die-related issues and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead continuous improvement activities to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve operational and technical issues.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Language: Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 level.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance, molds, or dies within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in leadership and team management.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Driver Licence: Not required.
