- Handle daily logistics and transportation operations efficiently.
- Coordinate warehouse activities, shipment schedules, and delivery arrangements.
- Communicate with internal and external parties in Japanese regarding logistics activities.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documents, reports, and records.
- Perform other logistics-related duties as required.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: Fluent Japanese proficiency; JLPT N2 or above is preferred
- Experience: Experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation operations
- Experience in logistics management and coordination
- Able to commute by train
