Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Process financial transactions related to customer orders, including hotel reservations, flight bookings, and other travel services.
Manage and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Review invoices, payment requests, billing documents, and other financial records.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding financial and transaction-related matters.
Maintain accurate transaction records and prepare relevant financial reports.
Communicate with Japanese-speaking customers in Japanese and English.
Work on a shifting schedule according to operational requirements.

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language: Minimum JLPT N3 Japanese proficiency and B2 or business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, finance operations, or a related field.
Experience handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, payment processing, or financial transactions is required.
Experience processing customer transactions is preferred.
Experience in the travel, hospitality, airline, business process outsourcing, shared services, or service sector is an advantage.
Comfortable working rotating shifts and following operational requirements.
