- Communicate with Japanese licensors via email in Japanese regarding content supervision and contractual matters.
- Coordinate the content review and approval process to ensure materials meet licensing requirements.
- Manage license fee payments and monitor payment status monthly.
- Prepare and submit quarterly and annual book sales reports accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain organized records of licensing correspondence, contracts, payments, approvals, and sales data.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 or above
- Experience: Professional experience involving Japanese-language email communication
- Driver Licence: Not required
