Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform machine installation, preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting at customer sites.
- Provide timely technical support and respond effectively to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with Japanese team members and customers regarding technical issues and service requirements.
- Diagnose equipment problems and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
- Travel to customer sites as required to deliver reliable after-sales service.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum Senior High School diploma
- Language: Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 level; must be comfortable using Japanese in a professional environment
- Experience: Previous work experience in Japan as a trainee or technical intern (Jisshusei)
- Driver Licence: Not required
