Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the monthly and annual financial closing processes in coordination with an external consultant.
- Manage petty cash, invoices, and supporting financial documents accurately.
- Prepare and record journal entries and perform general accounting tasks.
- Handle Indonesian tax matters, particularly PPh 21 and PPh 23.
- Manage payroll processing and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Communicate and coordinate accounting matters with the external consultant, headquarters, and the local entity.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 or higher
- Experience: Accounting experience related to the listed responsibilities, including payroll
- Driver Licence: Not required
