Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide route sales support to Japanese customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Conduct customer visits to understand client needs and provide appropriate support.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Monitor customer requirements and follow up on sales activities and pending orders.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language: Japanese proficiency at approximately JLPT N2 level or sufficient for daily workplace conversations
- Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or customer relationship management
- Proactive and customer-oriented
- Comfortable working in a Japanese-speaking environment
- Driver Licence: Not required
