- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs, providing timely support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Planning team regarding production and shipment schedules to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
- Support product promotion activities, conduct market research, and identify prospective customers and new business opportunities.
- Manage and follow up on customer requests for quotations, inquiries, specifications, and business requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to prepare timely responses, documents, and quotations for customers.
- Handle customer complaints and claims by working with related departments and ensuring appropriate resolution and follow-up.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major
- Language: Communicative-level English proficiency and Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in the automotive or electronics industry
