- Manage store staff, including shift scheduling and performance monitoring
- Support sales promotion activities and daily store operations
- Coordinate with business partners and assist with business-related discussions as needed
- Support new store openings, including store equipment and operational setup
- Provide Japanese translation support and facilitate internal communication
- Support daily store operations, including cooking and customer service when required
- Work in shift-based schedules and rotate between multiple store locations
- Participate in training and development programs related to new business formats and store management
Kualifikasi
- Education : Bachelor’s degree or High School equivalent with relevant experience welcome
- Language : Japanese (Min N3)
- Experience : Having working experience in Restaurant (Part-time experience is welcome) at least Japanese company
