- Develop and expand new sales pipelines by identifying and approaching potential Japanese customers.
- Generate new business opportunities and secure new sales from Japanese clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Japanese customers.
- Coordinate sales activities with internal teams to support customer needs and smooth order processing.
- Monitor sales performance, track leads and opportunities, and report progress to management.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Language: Japanese (JLPT N2 minimum).
- Experience: Minimum five years of experience as a Sales Manager in the distribution of electronic components or electrical devices.
- Experience: Experience in hunting and developing Japanese customers.
- Driver Licence: Have own car and SIM A.
