- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth, efficient workflows.
- Track key performance indicators and operational performance, and support process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with budget monitoring, resource planning, and cost optimization activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Lead and support the operations team to maintain strong performance and high service quality.
- Identify operational issues and potential risks, and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
- Act on behalf of the Operations Manager when required.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum Diploma degree in any major
- Language: English conversational level and Japanese business level (Minimum JLPT N2)
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in Travel, Tourism, or a Service industry
- Experience handling teams and managing processes
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management tools
- Willingness to relocate to Makassar
