- Manage and coordinate General Affairs administration, including driver operations and daily transportation support.
- Arrange and monitor operational vehicles, including rental car scheduling, usage tracking, and maintenance coordination.
- Manage General Affairs vendor relationships, monitor service delivery, and follow up on outstanding matters.
- Support insurance administration, including document coordination, verification, and renewal processes.
- Coordinate work permits and immigration administration for Japanese expatriates, including monitoring document validity and renewal schedules.
- Provide Japanese and Bahasa Indonesia interpretation for meetings, business discussions, site visits, and vendor interactions.
- Translate business emails, correspondence, and documents between Japanese and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Prepare meeting minutes, activity summaries, reports, and other required documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Language: Good command of Japanese and Bahasa Indonesia, with mandatory JLPT N2 certification. English proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Japanese manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in Japanese interpretation, General Affairs, or a related position is preferred.
- Experience supporting Japanese expatriates and management is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of Japanese business culture and professional etiquette.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Able to manage confidential information professionally and handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
