Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare, calculate, and review the Bill of Quantity based on project drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate and manage cost estimation activities, including negotiating Bill of Quantity with contractors and vendors to secure competitive pricing within the approved budget.
- Review design and construction drawings to ensure compliance with technical, functional, quality, and execution-efficiency requirements.
- Recommend materials that meet mall standards, considering quality, appearance, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Supervise on-site work as the Site Controller to ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
- Perform quality control inspections at workshops and fabrication facilities to confirm materials and products meet project requirements.
- Inspect and monitor project progress, identify potential issues early, and propose practical technical solutions.
- Ensure construction activities comply with technical specifications, quality requirements, occupational health and safety requirements, and project timelines.
- Conduct final measurement and verification of completed contractor work to support project completion and payment processing.
- Prepare reports covering reviews, inspections, work progress, and technical recommendations for evaluation and decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor degree in any major
- Language: Japanese speakeing JLPT N3 or above, English conversational level
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in project control.
- Experience in cost estimation and cost control.
- Knowledge of materials and building works.
- Ability to read technical drawings is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
