Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Promote and sell press machines, metal-forming equipment, automation systems, and related solutions based on customer production needs.
Conduct customer visits, deliver technical presentations, perform machine demonstrations, and support commercial negotiations to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with engineering, service, and application teams to prepare technical proposals, quotations, machine specifications, installation schedules, and after-sales support plans.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging manufacturing technologies to identify business opportunities and strengthen product knowledge.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Language: Japanese proficiency equivalent to at least JLPT N3 and upper-communicative-level English proficiency.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Representative.
Experience in metal stamping, press processing, sheet metal fabrication, automotive manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, or related manufacturing operations.
Willing to travel as required.
Willing to participate in training in Japan for up to 6 months.
Driver Licence: SIM A.
