Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle sales administration activities, including quotations, purchase orders, sales contracts, invoices, and customer documentation.
- Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely coordination with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
- Maintain sales databases, customer records, sales forecasts, and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Coordinate with customers, Japanese headquarters, and internal departments regarding order status, delivery schedules, and business requirements.
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, customer correspondence, and business documentation while ensuring excellent customer service.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree from any major
- Language: JLPT N2
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working in sales from the automotive or electrical manufacturing sector
- Proven experience in acquiring new clients, visiting, and meeting with clients.
