Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and ensure proper inventory records are maintained in the warehouse system.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and product delivery.
- Prepare warehouse reports, inventory analysis, and operational documentation while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Communicate and coordinate with Japanese management regarding warehouse operations, improvement activities, and operational issues.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any major
- Language: JLPT N2
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working as warehouse senior staff or supervisor
- Good understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
