Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Indonesian employees after they have been assigned to their host companies.
  • 1. Escort newly assigned Indonesian employees to their host companies and assist with settling in, including:
  • Resident registration procedures at the local government office.
  • Opening a bank account.
  • Mobile phone registration.
  • Internet service registration.
  • Explaining company and accommodation rules.
  • Assisting with the purchase of daily necessities and groceries.
  • Explaining future job duties and work expectations.
  • 2. Provide interpretation during training sessions and work guidance for Indonesian employees.
  • 3. Conduct regular follow-up interviews with Indonesian employees through on-site visits and phone calls.
  • 4. Prepare, translate, and distribute regular or ad hoc notices, guidance materials, and reminders.
  • 5. Create and translate various documents and training materials for host companies.
  • 6. Provide telephone interpretation and accompany Indonesian employees to hospitals and other necessary appointments after placement.
  • 7. Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Notes:
  • Work may occasionally be required on Saturdays and Sundays. Compensatory leave and overtime/holiday work allowances will be provided for weekend work.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Language: Japanese with JLPT N2 level or higher.
  • Experience:
  • Experience as an interpreter in a supervising organization or company (preferable).
  • Experience working at a staffing agency (preferable).
  • Additional Requirements for Permanent Employees:
  • Currently working in Japan
  • Experience working for a similar company or a supervising organization
  • Valid Japanese driver's license
