Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Promote and sell machine products to potential customers.
  • Conduct periodic visits to customers to assess machine conditions and performance.
  • Perform maintenance services, including troubleshooting and overhauls, to ensure optimal machine functionality.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers in Indonesia and other countries.
  • Undertake other tasks related to this position as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Language: • Fluent in Japanese (daily business conversation level is mandatory)
  • Minimum JLPT N3 (N2 preferred), however actual communication ability will be strictly assessed during interview
  • Able to communicate comfortably with Japanese engineers/customers without interpreter
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) for communication with regional customers (South-East Asia)
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta and travel frequently (domestic & overseas)
  • Technical Interest & Learning Attitude
  • Strong interest in machinery, especially in maintenance, troubleshooting, and hands-on work
  • Willing to learn from zero about food processing machinery (including training in Japan if required)
  • Background in mechanical/electrical engineering OR experience in machine maintenance is highly preferred
  • Sales Mindset + Customer Facing Ability
  • Strong motivation to work as both Sales Engineer and After-Sales Service Engineer
  • Comfortable in handling customer communication, complaints, and technical explanations
  • Capable of building long-term relationships with customers in Indonesia and Southeast Asia
  • Work Attitude & Personal Traits
  • High willingness to learn and proactive attitude
  • Able to work under pressure, tight schedules, and customer demands
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership for assigned tasks
  • Flexible and ready for frequent business trips and on-site work (including factory environment)
  • Not afraid of hands-on work (fieldwork, troubleshooting, machine inspection, etc.)
  • Willing to be assigned to support other departments or business activities within the company when required
  • Skills :
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic reporting and documentation skills
