Verify and organize client information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Schedule client appointments and manage email communications effectively.
Coordinate internally with sales representatives and consultants to streamline processes.
Attend business meetings and prepare minutes and meeting notes for future reference.
Register deals based on interview insights and share relevant information with stakeholders.
Handle sales administration tasks, including creating estimates and purchase orders.
Prepare for training sessions by checking venues, materials, equipment, and headcounts.
Send thank-you emails after training sessions and schedule follow-up consultations.
Contact existing clients to maintain and nurture relationships for ongoing business.

Education: Minimum Diploma degree.
Language: Japanese speaker with JLPT N3 level or higher, capable of communicating with clients in Japanese, reading Japanese documents, and composing emails in Japanese.
Experience: Preferably has previous experience in related job roles such as sales, sales support, or sales administration.
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
Excellent listening skills with the ability to organize information accurately.
Proven ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on careful planning and preparation.
Deep commitment to building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
