Verify and organize client information to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Schedule client appointments and manage email communications effectively.
Coordinate with sales representatives and consultants to streamline internal processes.
Attend business meetings and prepare minutes and notes for future reference.
Register business opportunities based on client discussions and share relevant information with stakeholders.
Manage sales administration tasks, including preparing quotations and purchase orders.
Coordinate training preparations by checking venues, materials, equipment, and participant numbers.
Send thank-you emails after training sessions and arrange follow-up consultations.
Contact existing clients to maintain strong relationships and support ongoing business opportunities.

Education: Minimum Diploma degree.
Language: Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 level or higher, with the ability to communicate with clients, read documents, and compose emails in Japanese.
Experience: Previous experience in a related role, such as sales, sales support, or sales administration.
Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for working with people.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to organize information accurately.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented approach with strong planning and preparation skills.
Strong commitment to building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
