Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and budgets, including objectives, strategies, staffing needs, schedules, risk mitigation, and resource allocation.
Monitor project performance and prepare clear reports on key performance indicators.
Oversee the development of domestic and export packaging to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Support overseas business initiatives, including new product development, purchase order management, and inventory control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project alignment and ensure successful execution.

Education: Minimum bachelor's degree.
Language: Minimum JLPT N3 Japanese proficiency and business-level English proficiency.
Experience: Experience working in a manufacturing company, preferably in the food, fast-moving consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry.
Knowledge of Food Safety System Certification 22000, International Organization for Standardization 9001, Good Manufacturing Practices, 5S, and Kaizen.
Understanding of technical development processes, including trial reports, corrective and preventive actions, and problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
