Interpret technical discussions related to machinery, production processes, quality control, and maintenance.
Facilitate clear communication among operators, supervisors, engineers, and overseas experts during daily operations.
Accurately interpret verbal instructions to support safe and effective task execution.
Provide interpreting support during training sessions, audits, inspections, and meetings.
Translate documents as needed, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, and reports.
Ensure interpreted communication complies with workplace safety policies and procedures.
Maintain the confidentiality of internal information and documents.

Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in Japanese Language or a relevant field.
Language: Proficiency in Indonesian and Japanese, with a minimum certification of JLPT N2.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Japanese interpreter or translator in a manufacturing environment.
Strong spoken and written Japanese communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, communicative, responsible, and professional.
Good understanding of Japanese workplace culture.
Willing to work in Karawang.
