- Maintain, update, and organize company records and documentation to support compliance with applicable internal policies and regulations.
- Handle general affairs inquiries, provide first-stage support, and assist in resolving related issues.
- Support document preparation, data checking, and basic administrative reporting to maintain accurate operational information.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High school
- Language: Japanese (At least JLPT N2)
- Experience: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience in quality control is not required
- Driver License: Not required
