Improve administrative processes, including standardizing key performance indicator metrics, based on management direction.
Analyze logistics data using Microsoft Excel to identify opportunities for greater operational efficiency.
Coordinate new business projects, including delivery and vendor management, to support successful execution.
Prepare clear presentation materials to communicate project updates, findings, and proposals.
Lead a small team by providing guidance, monitoring progress, and supporting the achievement of team objectives.
Provide Indonesian-Japanese interpretation and translation to support daily operations and communication.

Education: Bachelor's degree
Language: Japanese proficiency of at least JLPT N3; JLPT N2 is preferred. Conversational-level English proficiency is preferred.
Experience: Experience working with Japanese expatriates in Indonesia or professional experience in Japan is strongly preferred.
Experience in logistics data analysis, administrative process improvement, and project coordination.
Experience leading a small team.
