- Teach Japanese language courses to students at a vocational training center.
- Develop engaging lesson plans and educational materials based on students' learning needs.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and share best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Language: Japanese proficiency with JLPT N3 certification or higher.
- Experience: Teaching experience at a vocational training center.
- Disciplined and passionate about education.
- Must not have another job.
- Willing to be assigned to any work location.
