Manage and supervise the Business Development team to achieve business targets and objectives.
Lead client acquisition activities, including lead generation, opportunity identification, and pipeline management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and customize business proposals based on client requirements and identified opportunities.
Support negotiations and ensure business deals progress smoothly through each stage.
Monitor and report team performance, sales activities, and business development progress.
Conduct market research and provide insights to support business development strategies.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the effective execution of business opportunities.
Lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of standard operating procedures and work instructions to improve departmental effectiveness and streamline workflows.

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Language: Fluent written and spoken English; Japanese proficiency at a minimum of JLPT N3 is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Business Development or Marketing Supervisor to Manager in the manufacturing and export sectors.
Proven experience in team management, client acquisition, and proposal development.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and export business processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
