Develop and maintain full-stack web and mobile applications, covering both front-end and back-end components.
Collaborate with the internal development team in Japanese through online meetings, chat, and other remote communication channels.
Contribute to large-scale client projects while maintaining high standards for quality, performance, and reliability.
Participate in the implementation and integration of artificial intelligence agents within client projects.
Troubleshoot technical issues, improve existing systems, and support the delivery of scalable solutions.
Stay current with new technologies and apply relevant tools and practices to development projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Language: Business-level Japanese proficiency, including the ability to understand and participate in meetings.
Experience: Front-end or back-end engineering experience.
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
Disciplined, responsible, and collaborative approach to work.
Experience with technologies such as PHP, Python, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue.js, Google Web Toolkit, or jQuery is preferred.
Experience with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure is preferred.
