Join a Japanese startup company specializing in system integration, known for handling large-scale projects for leading national clients in Japan.
Contribute to the development of high-quality solutions across web systems, mobile applications, and AI-powered services.
Work across the full stack, engaging in both front-end and back-end development for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with the internal development team in Japanese through online meetings and chat.
Participate in the implementation of AI agents within actual client projects, enhancing the functionality and efficiency of solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Language: Business-level Japanese speaker.
Experience:
Must-Haves:
Proven experience as a Full-Stack Web Engineer.
Practical experience implementing AI agents in real-world projects.
Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese with the internal team (no direct communication with clients required).
Motivated, proactive, and willing to actively contribute to a small team.
Preferred (not all required):
Experience with a wide range of technologies, including:
Languages: PHP, Python, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Frameworks/Libraries: React, Vue.js, Google Web Toolkit, jQuery.
Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure.

The salary mentioned in the job description is gross.
