Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Review documents and collect applications for visa processing.
- Respond to customer and applicant inquiries in person, by email, and by telephone.
- Handle assigned cash and banking transactions with complete accuracy.
- Record, maintain, and enter application data into the system accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate administrative and logistical activities related to passport delivery to consulates, applicants, and logistics providers.
- Follow all standard operating procedures, manuals, and established processes.
- Inform applicants about available value-added services and ensure proper service delivery.
- Encourage applicants to provide feedback on the services and their overall experience at the application center.
- Complete all processes within the required turnaround time.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum 12 years of formal education.
- Language: Business-level Japanese proficiency with JLPT N2 certification.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism or service industry.
