Conduct telephone outreach and presales activities to engage potential clients.
Present general services to prospective clients and explain how they can address human resources needs.
Consult with key client contacts to identify challenges, understand requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentation materials tailored to each client's needs.
Manage client projects to ensure successful implementation, results, and performance.
Monitor organizational changes and outcomes resulting from the implemented solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators to support business growth.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and perform other responsibilities related to the position.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any major.
Language: Business-level Japanese proficiency, equivalent to JLPT N1 or JLPT N2.
Experience: More than 2 years of work experience at a Japanese company is required.
Strong interest in the consulting field and willingness to pursue a sales career; previous sales experience is not required.
Business-to-business sales experience is an advantage.
Experience in consulting sales, service sales, or other non-product sales is preferred.
